Personal data ECP collect:

Personal Data include names, designation, business contact details and any other information if applicable. ECP may receive your personal data from third parties or publicly accessible sources, such as the Internet.

 

How ECP use your Personal Data:

ECP use your personal data to provide Capital Introduction service, administrating, maintaining our relationship with you, and to comply with our applicable legal or regulatory obligation.

With your consent (including but not limited to email or verbally), ECP may disclose your personal data to third parties including the Investor, Fund Manager and their affiliates for Capital Introduction service including arrangement of meeting. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

Where ECP or a third-party consider there to be any other lawful purpose to do so, ECP may also disclose information about you in the respond to regulation audit, court orders and legal investigations. Failure to provide personal data where it is required to satisfy a statutory obligation or a contractual relationship requirement may result in termination or suspension of the business relationship.

 

How ECP might share your Personal Data:

ECP do not sell any of your personal data to any third party. However, ECP may share your data with the party in accordance to “How we use your Personal Data” above. ECP may transfer your personal data to jurisdictions where ECP conduct business. The Data Protection Law offered in these countries may not have the same level of protection offered in Singapore or EEA. Therefore, ECP will process personal data in the Third Countries in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Law.

 

Communications Monitor:

ECP may monitor and record the electronic and telephone conversations with you for the purposes of:

(i) Ascertaining the details of instruction given, terms on which any instruction was executed or any other relevant circumstances;

(ii) ensuring compliance with our regulatory obligations;  

(iii) detecting and preventing the commission of financial crime.

 

How long ECP keep your personal data:

ECP will retain your personal data as long as necessary to our business relationship, or other essential purpose such as complying with our legal obligations.

ECP will review the personal data that has been collected from time to time, if ECP have decided it is no longer necessary for us to retain your personal data, ECP will dispose of it in a secure manner. The following factors typically influence our retention decision:

(i) the termination of all contractual relationship between us;

(ii) the redemption of all of your investment introduced by us;

(iii) the requirement of compliance with applicable law;

(iv) the last recorded communication with you.

 

How do ECP protect your Personal Data:

ECP protect your personal data from unauthorized access and use by using technical and administrative security measures to reduce the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and alteration. Some of the safeguards ECP use are firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls to our data centres, and information access authorization controls. ECP will notify you of any material personal data breaches affecting you in accordance with the requirements of Data Protection Law.

In relation to your personal data processed by us, you have the right:

(i) to request access to your personal data;

(ii) to request rectification of your personal data;

(iii) to request erasure of your personal data;

(iv) to restrict us to process or use of your personal data;

(v) where your consent to processing has been obtained, the right to withdraw your consent at any time; and

(vi) to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
